Own category strategy and growth across stores and eCommerce, aligned to broader Walmart priorities Lead business planning (budgeting/forecasting) and turn insights into clear actions Drive assortment and modular strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams Lead supplier strategy and negotiations; build and influence key supplier relationships Use data and market insights to anticipate customer needs and competitive trends. Lead and develop a high-performing team; set direction, enable execution, and sponsor continuous learning Improve performance and the customer experience through innovation and test-and-learn What you’ll bring... The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
