Drive the growth and adoption of Amazon’s device advertising solutions. As a Senior Tech Business Developer on our Publisher Monetization Device Advertising team, you’ll lead the launch and expansion of key advertising initiatives across new customer segments and markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative advertising solutions to life, shaping go-to-market strategies, scaling existing channels, and delivering measurable revenue impact for Amazon Devices. This role requires approximately 15% travel, primarily to meet with key partners and sales teams to align on strategic goals and drive adoption.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a business plan focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with key stakeholders across business teams Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency and scale within the device display advertising business Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, program and engineering teams to address customer needs and achieve revenue targets Lead the day-to-day health of the business, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to drive business growth and optimization Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance products/services based on market feedback Set forth mechanisms to track adoption goals, set efficient sales motions to achieve desired outcomes Prepare and present monthly business reviews on roadmap updates, strategic business inputs, output metrics, adoption goals, and financial performance Define and analyze key business metrics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growthA day in the lifeAs a Business Development Manager on our team, you'll focus on scaling our device display advertising business through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. Your day might include meeting with sales teams to align on adoption goals, analyzing market data to identify growth opportunities, or working with product and engineering partners to understand how new capabilities can address customer needs. You'll prepare business reviews that showcase roadmap progress and financial performance, while also building relationships with key partners and senior leadership. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
