Job Description Job Description Associate Director of Operations Location: Camden, Arkansas 71701 (relocation support available) Work Arrangement: On-Site About This Opportunity Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture is seeking an energetic, self-directed Associate Director of Operations to support the VP of Manufacturing and Enterprise Systems. As a key member of our operations leadership, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant daily operations of the R2S Camden manufacturing site. Key Responsibilities Drive a positive organizational culture that emphasizes Safety, Trust, Communication, and Transparency Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced on time and to the highest quality standards Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards including ATF, OSHA, DoD, and ADEQ requirements Monitor operating expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities associated with manufacturing operations Establish performance goals and review performance against defined targets Maintain positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders Communicate information about new policies and procedures to staff members Report operational performance metrics to R2S Leadership Team Participate in strategic planning for Facilities Management Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient warehousing operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 10+ years of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment Active Secret clearance Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting and briefing executive-level leadership 5+ years of experience in a Defense Manufacturing environment Why R2S?
