Title- Administrative Assistant Role

Location - Phoenix, AZ 85021

Pay Range: $22-$28.00/hr

Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview

• Administrative Assistant providing day-to-day administrative and operational support for multiple teams in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
• Role exists to ensure smooth coordination, scheduling, communication, and documentation across business functions.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.
• Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Support daily operations by prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and managing competing requests.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Office tools.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Experience

• 3+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational support experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience supporting multiple teams, supervisors, or business functions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.



• Excel - ability to create pivot tables or macros a plus but not required





• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work.
