Position Overview Location: Tampa and surrounding Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Rotating weekends Status: Full-Time (Part-Time Available) Pay: $33-$39/hour Sign-On Bonus $600 after 90 days of satisfactory work and attendance What You'll Do Perform respiratory assessments in a home setting Manage equipment (ventilators, oxygen, nebulizers) Educate patients & caregivers on care and safety Maintain accurate documentation and care plans Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and emergency teams Assist during emergency situations if needed What We're Looking For Active Florida RRT license or CRT with 10+ years' experience Current BLS/CPR (ACLS preferred) At least 2 years of respiratory experience (acute care preferred) Ability to pass AHCA Level 2 background screening as required by Florida House Bill 531 (2025), candidates must complete screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
