Who Were Seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) with 10+ years of experience Your Responsibilities Perform respiratory assessments and manage home care equipment (ventilators, oxygen, nebulizers) Educate patients and caregivers on safe and effective respiratory care Monitor conditions, adjust treatment plans, and document accurately Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and emergency teams as needed Support emergency or evacuation procedures if required What Youll Need Active Florida RRT license or CRT license with 10+ years experience BLS/CPR Certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum 2 years respiratory care experience (acute care preferred) Current TB test & physical (within past 12 months) Compassion, reliability, and ability to work independently Why Join NorthBay?
