Service Delivery Technician

Job Description Key Responsibilities Hardware Screening & Deployment Identify and evaluate appropriate hardware models for store deployment. Collaborate with vendors on installation, staging, driver requirements, and rollout readiness. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues before and during hardware rollouts. Document quality assurance processes and installation procedures. Monitor hardware returns from stores and work with OEMs to identify and resolve defects. Service Delivery & Support Provide support and documentation for retail store technologies and devices, including POS, printers, digital displays, cameras, and overhead music systems. Respond to inquiries via phone and email within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Track, manage, and resolve cases using ServiceNow and NCR @YS Portal.
