Social Media Content Creator

Having a creative vision and the capacity for strategic thinking Resilienceand ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Embodyinga passion for justice and the clients we serve Abilitytoself-manage projects, multi-task,and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Keeping up on the latest social media trends Exceptional organization skills Job description: Create branded content (stagnant and video form) for our social media sites including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance. Assist with social content shoots includingcamera work, editing, and scheduling Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of two yearsprior experience with content creation, preferably for a law firm Excellent computer skills including Canva Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.
