At Lifespace Communities, we’re looking for an accomplished Regional Director, Independent Living Sales to lead sales performance and occupancy growth across a portfolio of approximately 7–8 Life Plan Communities spanning several states.

This isn’t a role where you simply oversee the numbers. You’ll have the opportunity to influence regional strategy, develop exceptional sales leaders, strengthen the sales process, partner with Operations, and directly impact occupancy and revenue across some of our premier communities. Significant 2026 Earning Opportunity

In addition to a competitive base salary, our Regional Sales leaders have a performance-driven commission and incentive plan designed to reward results:

• Commission plan, target $46K, potential $100K+

• Special 2026 incentive: $125K at 100% achievement of the region’s annual entrance fee goal, with additional earning potential for exceeding goal

What You’ll Lead

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that accelerate occupancy, entrance-fee growth, and revenue.

• Champion Prospect-Centered Selling, ensuring teams uncover what matters most to each prospect and translate that understanding into stronger relationships and conversion.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Community Sales Directors and Sales Counselors into high-performing sales teams.

• Step into communities experiencing occupancy, pipeline, conversion, or sales-process challenges and develop strategies to improve performance.

• Use CRM data, sales analytics, competitive intelligence, and market trends to identify opportunities and drive action.

• Partner closely with Regional Operations leadership, Executive Directors, Marketing, and our SVP of Sales to achieve regional and community goals.

• Strengthen pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and market positioning.

• Build a strong bench of sales talent and support hiring and development across the region.

You’ll stand out if you bring:

• Life Plan Community/CCRC sales leadership experience, with knowledge of Type A Life Care contracts highly preferred

• Multi-community or regional senior living sales leadership experience

• A demonstrated record of improving occupancy, conversions, entrance-fee performance, and revenue

• Strong sales coaching and talent-development capabilities

• Experience building accountability and consistency across geographically dispersed teams

• Expertise in CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, sales analytics, and performance metrics

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
