Join our team as a Part-Time Weekend CNA for 1st shift and play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful relationships and supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. You will work alongside a supportive nursing team to ensure each resident receives high-quality care in accordance with their individualized care plan. Essential Job Functions Accurately document all care provided in flow sheets, notes, charts, and related records in a clear and descriptive manner. Promptly report any changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse. Greet residents warmly and assist with escorting them to their rooms as needed. Participate in shift report and receive updates upon reporting for duty. Follow all facility policies regarding infection control and exposure to blood and body fluids. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including: Oral hygiene (brushing teeth/dentures, mouth care) Bathing (bed bath, tub, or shower) Dressing and grooming Hair care (combing, brushing, shampooing) Nail care (excluding diabetic residents) Provide comfort measures such as backrubs as directed. Make and change beds, ensuring linens are clean, tight, and free of wrinkles. Assist residents in preparing for medical tests, appointments, and therapies. Support residents in attending activities and social programs (e.g., church services, events, visitors). Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and within the facility as needed. Assist with lifting, repositioning, transferring, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment. Support residents with walking, with or without assistive devices, as instructed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
