Experience testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating avionics electronics 2 years of experience with a secondary/AA/AS degree 4-6 years of experience with HS degree Ability to obtain a secret clearance Experience working from drawings, diagrams, customer specifications, schematics and/or test procedures to diagnose and analyze problems utilizing a variety of test equipment Working knowledge of electronic Theory relating to RF transmission, receivers’ circuits, analog and digital circuitry The ability to troubleshoot RF/Digital circuits to the component level; Advanced experience with Test equipment, i.e., signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and RF equipment Experience working under a microscope and with small tools Experience/Knowledge of J-STD-001, IPC-610 (Soldering) Able to use computers and MS Word and office proficiently Job Description Day to Day: A client in the defense industry is looking for a Manufacturing/RF Technician to join their team. This person will be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
