Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Paraprofessional certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and take initiative
• Experience supporting students with diverse needs is a plus
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, encouraging environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering instruction under the direction of certified teachers
• Support individual students and small groups with academic tasks
• Help manage classroom routines to promote a productive learning atmosphere
• Provide accommodations and support based on student needs
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom community through attentive supervision
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring as directed by staff
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as required
