Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor responses.
- Recognize changes in patient conditions; communicate observations and escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support discharge planning.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; delegate tasks according to patient needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care, assessments, interventions, and outcomes; adhere to safety, infection control, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Active California RN license (or eligibility to practice in CA)
- BLS certification
- Med-surg or inpatient unit experience preferred
- Ability to perform 12-hour shifts and work in a fast-paced inpatient environment
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Must be able to work onsite in Ukiah, CA
