Sales Specialist

We are expanding our family and looking to add to our Sales Team. We are looking for sales associates who want to make a positive impact on helping our customer create beautiful and comfortable homes. We strive to give our customers a hometown “comfortable” experience along with personalized individual attention to help them find what they need. We believe that in order to be the Best, you have to do things differently and were looking for people to make that difference.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Product, Selection & Catalog
• Provide a high level of customer service that will meet or exceed the customer’s expectations
• Represent the company in a positive way

Qualifications

• Self-Motivated and Positive Personality
• No Prior Sales Experience Needed
• Must be coachable and willing to learn a proven selling system and provide a high level of customer service
• Ability to work Retail hours including nights and weekends are required
