Essential Duties and Responsibilities Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed: Administers, supervises, and trains Slot Department personnel during assigned shifts Ensures all team members follow proper procedures and operational standards Resolves guest disputes escalated beyond subordinate team members Enforces safety policies and reports any hazards or violations Coordinates with Security to prevent cheating or damage to slot machines Collaborates with other casino departments to support guest service initiatives Provides guidance and instruction to staff for optimal performance Ensures compliance with Title 31 Gaming Regulations within the Slot Department Responsible for hiring and terminating Slot team members Delivers courteous and professional service to staff and guests Performs additional duties as assigned Bring Us Your Best. Qualification Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience in Slot Operations, including supervisory responsibilities Basic understanding of slot machines and electronic gaming equipment Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English Effective collaboration with staff and management across departments Competent in basic and intermediate math functions Thorough knowledge of company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards Professional, confident, and well-groomed presentation Working knowledge of all supervised positions and associated skill sets Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Familiarity with computer systems and operational software Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations Valid Alcohol Awareness Card required Stay In The Game.
