Shift Leader

The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift, execute operational brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience! They set goals, provide job assignments, motivate others, celebrate successes and providing timely feedback.

Opening Shift: 4am-11am

Mid Shift 7am-2pm

Closing Shift: 11am-6pm

*Compensation includes an average tip of $5.00 per hour. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2026 reporting.

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
