Focuses heavily on operational speed, accuracy in fulfilling orders, and adhering to strict labeling protocols.
Required Experience:
- Proven history working in refrigerated spaces (35°F–40°F).
- Experience standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Background meeting hourly packing in assembly lines.
- Working knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and HACCP rules.
- Demonstrated track record of zero-accident workplace safety.
