Job Title Manufacturing Machine Operator, Dryers (Night Shift, 12-hours) Shift This position works a rotating schedule of 12‑hour shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am. Schedule example: Week 1: Mon (12 h), Tues (12 h), Wed (OFF), Thurs (OFF), Fri (12 h), Sat (12 h), Sun (12 h) Week 2: Mon (OFF), Tues (OFF), Wed (12 h), Thurs (12 h), Fri (OFF), Sat (OFF), Sun (OFF) Week 3: Mon (12 h), Tues (12 h), Wed (OFF), Thurs (OFF), Fri (12 h), Sat (12 h), Sun (12 h) Note: This schedule allows you to have every other weekend off. Responsibilities This entry‑level role focuses on operating dryer equipment that converts liquid product into powdered forms, primarily infant formula. Core duties include: Fluid bed operation Weighing and adding minerals and vitamins Forklift operations Assisting dryer technicians with production and CIP (Clean in Place) Housekeeping tasks and sanitation procedures Assembly and disassembly of powder transport systems Evaporator system operation and CIP Injector system operation and CIP Dryer system operation and CIP Fines reinjection system and CIP Powder handling systems (transporters to hopper) Providing direction and assistance to operators Monitoring equipment performance and performing visual inspections Maintaining compliance with GMP, OSHA, and FDA regulations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications At least 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience Pay Base pay: $19.05 – $38.15 per hour (may vary by location).
