Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) Schedule: Mon-Thu | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4x10s)

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00/hr (DOE)

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our 1st shift team. You will ensure the smooth operation of our automated distribution facility by handling preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general facility upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Conveyor Systems: Execute routine preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs on automated conveyor systems. Repair or replace motors, gearboxes, drive belts, chains, and bearings.
• Electrical & Facility Upkeep: Safely work with 480V 3-phase power. Perform basic plumbing and building electrical repairs.
• Pneumatics & Automation: Troubleshoot simple pneumatic components like air lines, cylinders, and solenoids. Check PLC inputs/outputs (I/O) to help trace equipment faults (preferred skill).
• Aerial Equipment & Safety: Safely operate scissor and boom lifts for overhead repairs. Maintain strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of industrial, warehouse, or logistics maintenance experience.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with 480V power, motors, gearboxes, and conveyor belt alignment. Basic exposure to PLC I/O diagnostic reading is preferred.
