Pay:

• $75,000–$199,000 per year, including base compensation, performance incentives, commission, and bonuses

Schedule:

• 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday (OT available)

RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE PROFESSIONAL ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

• Conduct system diagnostics
• Evaluate HVAC components
• Present recommendations

This role is ideal for someone who values precision, communication, and quality workmanship.

What You Need:

• Ability to obtain a WV Tech testing card within 30 days
• NATE certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude encouraged
