This full-time Customer Service Associate position offers a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule with compensation of up to $16.00 per hour .


The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills and be comfortable assisting customers by phone and in person. Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, call center, retail, or office experience is preferred.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and account inquiries.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone and in person.
• Assist customers with bill payments and accurately handle cash transactions.
• Set up new customer accounts and update existing account information.
• Make requested changes to customer account settings.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in computer systems.
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and other administrative duties .
• Help resolve routine customer questions and concerns.
• Maintain organized customer and office records.
• Handle customer information professionally and confidentially.
• Support daily office operations and assist team members as needed.

Customer Service Associate Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and basic office tasks.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Previous telecommunications, office, receptionist, retail, or call center experience is a plus.
