Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position..

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success
• At least 3 years of personal sales experience, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and results
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation

• A competitive salary with a starting base of $85,000-$105,000
• Monthly bonus opportunity with a total combined earning potential upwards of $130,000+

Responsibilities

• Be the driving force behind sales strategies, team development, and customer satisfaction
• Be part of the core leadership team of the company, working on strategy and business development directly with the owners
• Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-home sales team to achieve and exceed goals, fostering a high-energy, results-focused atmosphere
• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
• Set ambitious sales targets and motivate the team to reach them
• Create an environment of growth and continuous improvement by leading engaging training sessions
• Conduct one-on-ones, encouraging continuous improvement and a positive work environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship
• Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent who share our commitment to customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other members of the sales staff to create a top notch sales organization
