Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Med Surg Travel RN to join the dynamic medical-surgical units in Fort Wayne, IN. This role focuses on providing exceptional nursing care to a diverse patient population and includes the opportunity to float to various medical units as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive Med Surg nursing care
• Execute assessments and care planning
• Engage in inter-professional communication
• Utilize electronic health records (Epic)
• Manage IV pumps, wound vacs, feeding tubes, and chest tubes
• Handle heparin and insulin drips, and IV therapy management

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• At least 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary experience
• At least 1 year of Med Surg experience in a large hospital (450+ beds)
• Valid BLS certification through AHA
• IN State or compact RN license as of 7/1/20
