Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification/license in the state or eligibility to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction in accordance with each student’s IEP
• Create an engaging classroom culture that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth
• Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust instruction based on data
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to facilitate inclusion
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
• Model patience, adaptability, and resourcefulness with all students
