We are seeking dedicated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and respectful environment. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play an essential role in helping residents maintain comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life each day. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Encourage participation in recreational and social activities to enhance residents’ well-being Keep resident rooms, equipment, and common areas clean and organized Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and facility policies at all times Accurately document care provided and resident observations Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident needs and concerns Collaborate with nursing staff and fellow caregivers to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New York Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to professionalism, safety, and resident dignity at all times Benefits Competitive Pay Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical & Dental Insurance Employee Recognition Programs Company Perks & Employee Discounts Supportive Team Environment Opportunities for Career Growth & Advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Excelsior Care Group
