Marketing Associate

ROLE SNAPSHOT

This is an entry-level, on-site position that helps execute hands-on marketing, outreach, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. Core activities Represent campaigns and initiatives in face-to-face settings Assist with promotional events and community outreach Communicate campaign information clearly to customers and prospects Collaborate with the team to meet campaign and engagement goals Candidate profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
