Drive strategic digital marketing initiatives and demand generation efforts to increase brand awareness, lead acquisition, and revenue. Leverage marketing automation, content, and analytics to optimize campaigns and support business growth through innovative technology application. Full-time Salary: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 As a Senior Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and capture leads. You will manage campaigns across multiple channels, optimize digital content, and utilize AI tools to accelerate results. Collaborating closely with teams, you will analyze performance data to inform improvements, support product launches, and maintain robust CRM and marketing automation systems to nurture prospects and maximize engagement. Day in the Life Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for brand growth Manage and refine marketing automation workflows and CRM data Create compelling content for campaigns, blogs, and social media channels Monitor website and campaign analytics for continuous improvement Support communications for product launches and partner programs Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation Experience managing Hubspot and Salesforce platforms Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability Proven success supporting integrated marketing campaigns Knowledge of AI tools and marketing technology applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in B2B marketing, especially in tech or education sectors Strong organizational and project management skills Familiarity with AEO, SEO, and content optimization strategies Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Believe In Celarity believes a key part of creating happy careers is first creating inclusive connections for ALL talent through exposure and access.
