HVAC Lead Installer

For over 20 years, Cornerstone Pros has proudly served the Tampa Bay area with top-notch service. We are looking for qualified and experienced Install Leads to join the Cornerstone family! The Residential HVAC Lead Installer will work with heat pumps, straight cool & inverter/communicating Equipment for a premium experience and HVAC system.This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, retrofitting equipment, and performing service/mechanic style work from time to time. Responsibilities: Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code. Startup and troubleshooting a variety of residential HVAC systems. Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Performs related work as assigned. Keepyour work truck and trailer clean and stocked. On call rotation for weekends.
