Senior Life Sciences Estimator for Complex Projects
IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC
IPS, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking an experienced Estimator - Life Sciences to join our Burlington, MA team. You will build cost estimates for complex life sciences facilities, collaborating with design, CQV, procurement, and construction teams to drive value and accuracy. This role requires 7+ years of life sciences estimating, strong CSI format knowledge, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, and estimating databases.
