Manufacturing Associate

Position Title: Manufacturing Associate Wage: $18-$20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-2:30pm Friday Join a growing manufacturing team where your hands‑on skills make an impact every day. We're looking for experienced Manufacturing Associates with sliding compound saw and basic CNC machine operation experience to help produce high‑quality products in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This is an associate to hire opportunity for a company in Edgerton, KS. Responsibilities Operate a sliding compound saw safely and accurately Perform minor CNC cutting and machine operation Measure and cut materials according to specifications Maintain quality standards throughout the production process Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Experience operating a sliding compound saw required Basic CNC cutting or machine operation experience required Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel‑toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast‑paced environment We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
