We are a rapidly growing Interventional Pain Management practice in Fitchburg, MA, currently seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely under the supervision of our experienced physician. We welcome both seasoned providers and recent graduates with a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 25–30 individuals
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of chronic pain conditions
• Order and prescribe medications, therapies, and interventional procedures
• Provide high-quality, compassionate in-person patient care

Pay

• From $125,000 a year

Qualifications

• PA or NP with current MA state licensure
• New grads welcome; experienced providers in pain medicine are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and committing to patient-centered care

Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Wednesday:  8:00am-5:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm
