DoRodo is seeking a highly capable Office & Distribution Operations Manager to lead and strengthen the operational heartbeat of our growing business. This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning people, processes, customer service, supply chain coordination, and operational execution to support continued growth across our distribution channels.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops strong teams, improves accountability, and creates operational excellence through collaboration and execution.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead people first, bring structure and discipline to operations, and elevate both customer and internal team performance.

What You’ll Own

People Leadership (Top Priority)

• Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional operations team
• Establish clear accountability, expectations, and performance standards
• Create a collaborative, customer-focused, high-performing culture
• Improve communication and alignment across departments
• Mentor team members through continuous development and coaching
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and operational accountability

Supply Chain & Inventory Operations

• Oversee supply chain coordination and inventory-related processes
• Improve operational flow from order entry through fulfillment
• Monitor inventory health, stock availability, and fulfillment performance
• Reduce operational bottlenecks and improve response times
• Support ERP process consistency and operational reporting
• Balance efficiency, customer experience, and cost control

Customer Service & Account Management

• Lead customer service and sales support operations
• Strengthen relationships with distributors and key customer accounts
• Ensure accurate quoting, order processing, and communication
• Improve responsiveness, order accuracy, and overall customer experience
• Partner closely with sales leadership to support distribution growth
• Remove operational barriers that impact customer satisfaction and revenue

Distribution Operations

• Coordinate operational execution across warehouse, customer service, and supply chain teams
• Support distributor readiness for promotions, launches, and growth initiatives
• Monitor operational KPIs and fulfillment metrics
• Standardize workflows and improve execution consistency

Non-Negotiable Experience

• Distribution or warehouse operations experience
• ERP and CRM system experience
• Small business operational leadership experience
• Process improvement and KPI management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, office management, supply chain, or distribution support
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and lead under pressure
• Experience building structure and accountability within teams
• Process-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
