Unit Manager

Unit ManagerO'Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville currently seeks a Unit Manager to join our team. This position supervises nursing activities on the Long-term unit and works closely with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. The Unit Manager will perform duties directly related to the Facility's management and clinical policies to ensure quality care for the facility's residents. The Unit Manager must demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the unit's general operations.
