Server (Front-of-House Team Member) – 19252 Soledad Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91351. Hourly pay: $16.90 - $18.00. Responsibilities Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience. Serve with excellent verbal communication and interaction skills. Manage time and organization with attention to detail. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions. Deliver food and drinks ensuring quality, safety, and timely service. Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Process payments and handle transactions accurately. Identify and resolve guest concerns using conflict‑management and analytical skills. Apply RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures and BWW policies in all alcohol service. Collaborate with teammates to keep the dining room running smoothly. Other Responsibilities Comply with all specifications, quality standards, and department rules and procedures. Follow service time and guidelines while engaging guests and customizing their experience. Maintain a high pace and intensity for extended periods. Maintain reliability and dependability by adhering to schedule, covering shifts, and being on time. Show respect, positive encouragement, and fair treatment to fellow team members. Build positive working relationships with all teammates and managers. Contribute effectively as part of a team. Achieve the highest level of satisfaction with friendly service, food, fun, and value. Explain menu items and terms and provide suggestions to guests when asked. Qualifications Superior customer service and hospitality skills. Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures. Knowledge of BWW menu and ability to make suggestions and upsell. Awareness of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests. Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately. Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems. Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environments. Conflict‑management, analytical, and emotional‑intelligence skills to solve guest problems. Knowledge of RAS procedures and BWW alcohol service policies. Education / Experience Required Minimum age 21. Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and BWW policy.
