Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, or tend running machinesOperate saws, punches, drills, or drill press machinesSet & glaze glass units in frames/sashesAssemble various parts and pieces to complete quality finished windows & or patio doorsApplying labels, cleaning finished product & checking for proper operationQualificationsYou may be required to operate various hand tools such as chisel, snips, drill, mallet, or tape measureRead work orders and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specificationsTransfer components, plastic products, and assemblies, using moving equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistMust be Adaptable, Reliable, Detail oriented, Energetic & Safety mindedMust be able to work on your feet all day in a fast-paced production environmentMust be able to speak and read English for safety and training purposesMust be at least 18 years oldAdditional InformationSite Address: 3400 S Tacoma St, Union Gap, WA 98903*Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. **Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.The US base pay range for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.
