What You'll Do: As our Ag Lending Relationship Manager, you'll:
Collaborate with participating retailers to develop innovative in-house programs, products, and services.
Train and educate retailer employees to maximize their potential.
Work directly with producers to enhance the efficiency and value of AgQuest's financial offerings.
Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to meet ambitious goals.
Provide critical credit and financial support, contributing to new product development and monitoring loan customers throughout the crop year.
What We're Looking For:
A four-year degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience delivering financial products and services, with a deep understanding of agriculture and the needs of today's producers.
Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Finpack).
A valid driver's license and an insurable vehicle record.
