What You Will Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established protocols.
• Assess test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train new personnel or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certifications throughout your employment.
