Analyze risk profiles to recommend the most suitable coverage options for diverse clients.
Prepare and deliver competitive quotes by leveraging our network of insurance carriers.
Maintain high standards of accuracy when processing policy changes and renewals.
Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication during difficult moments.
Collaborate with the agency team to refine our sales processes and outreach strategies.
RequirementsStrong command of agency management systems and digital rating platforms.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate with multiple insurance carriers.
Understanding of the local Weatherford, Texas insurance market.
