About the Role

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Medford, OR area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This SLP will be working in the Early Childhood setting with 3-5 year olds!

About the District

• Multidisciplinary consultative model
• Separate Service Coordinators! SLPs don't case manage!
• Average caseload of 50 students throughout the year
• CF's Welcome! We have CF supervisors excited to support new graduates!
• Weekly Team Meetings and a Supportive Leadership Team

What You'll Do

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
