Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oregon state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is required.
• Documentation of professional liability insurance as required by facility or state rules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL-focused treatment in SNF settings preferred.
