As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in shaping the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, and goal-oriented. • Greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Refers customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
• Assist with various clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
