Assembly Technician

Sierra Staffing Group is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a well-established and growing Electronic Manufacturing company in the Reno, NV Area. Position Summary As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality electronic devices/boards. You will work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment where precision, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. Assemble electronic components and devices. Instructions and standard operating procedures. Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet strict quality standards. Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company procedures, and safety guidelines. Identify and report quality concerns or production issues. Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production objectives. Cross-train in multiple production areas as business needs require. Job Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience required. Basic computer and documentation skills. Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
