Relationship Manager

As a Wealth Advisor and Relationship Manager at Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors, you are the face of the firm for a portfolio of clients. You quarterback every facet of their financial lives, from equity compensation and tax strategy to investment management and generational planning, and partner with our specialists to deliver advice clients trust. The Impact You become the trusted guide for families navigating complex wealth decisions, giving them confidence and clarity at every turn. Your advice directly shapes how clients grow, preserve, and transfer wealth across generations. You deepen the firm’s most important relationships, turning satisfied clients into advocates and referrals. You bring together specialists, planners, and operations to deliver advice that feels seamless and personal. You help grow the firm’s revenue and reputation by building a practice rooted in trust and results. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a book of high-net-worth client relationships. Lead annual planning, quarterly reviews, and ad-hoc strategy conversations across investments, tax, equity comp, estate, and insurance. Translate complex financial concepts into clear recommendations and written deliverables. Partner with planners, investment, and operations teammates to implement advice end-to-end. Grow the practice through client referrals, centers of influence, and thoughtful business development. What We're Looking For 7+ years advising HNW or UHNW clients at an RIA, private bank, or wirehouse. CFP®, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred. Deep fluency in equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, QSBS), concentrated stock strategies, and multi-state tax considerations. Demonstrated track record of retaining and growing client relationships.
