Overview
A well-established organization in the agriculture industry is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance its human resources function. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy, supporting operations, and building a strong foundation for long-term workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
- Lead all core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management
- Partner with leadership to support business objectives and workforce planning initiatives
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity in key roles
- Oversee recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies in a competitive labor market
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Drive HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
- Support leadership development and foster a positive, productive workplace culture
Preferred Qualifications for the HR Manager:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Compensation
$120,000 – $140,000 base salary plus bonus potential
