Lead retaining wall, foundation, and construction engineering projects throughout Virginia while mentoring engineers and helping grow an expanding practice. In your first year, you'll: Lead construction engineering projects from field issue through resolution. Become a trusted resource for clients and contractors. Mentor junior engineers and inspectors.
