12/18/2025 - OFFER MADEBILL RATE: $75SHIFT: NIGHTS 7P-7AType of patients on the unit: DKA, s/p STEMIs, Stroke (s/p TNK), Intubated/vented, ARDS, MODS, CHF exacerbation, COPD exacerbation, GI bleeds, Renal failure (CRRT/ SLED), Liver failure, IABP, Impellas**Must have several years of ICU experience, well versed in clinical judgment, caring practices, collaboration, diversity responsiveness, systems thinking, clinical inquiry and advocacy. EPIC use, pyxis use, Excel for scheduling**Summary:The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing.
