The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to contribute to a company that values professionalism, customer service, and growth.Position OverviewThis role begins each morning in the warehouse preparing installers/technicians and trucks for the day ahead. Responsibilities include organizing inventory, stocking materials, maintaining warehouse efficiency, and ensuring the field team has everything needed to complete jobs successfully.Warehouse ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations and maintain organizationReceive, organize, and track incoming inventory and materialsStock installer trucks with parts, tools, and job materials each morningMaintain accurate inventory counts and report shortagesKeep warehouse clean, safe, and operational at all timesAssist with loading and unloading products and deliveriesSupport technicians and installers with job preparationEnsure materials and equipment are ready for daily operationsHelp maintain company standards for efficiency and safetyOther duties as assignedInstallation ResponsibilitiesSupport the Installation of garage doors and related components according to company standardsEnsure high-quality workmanship and attention to detailProvide excellent customer service during installationsFollow all safety procedures and operational guidelinesMaintain professionalism while representing the company in customers’ homesCommunicate effectively with management and team members regarding job progressOther duties as assignedCompensation$19-$21 per hourOpportunity to increase overall earnings through productivity and performanceQualificationsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a physical, hands-on environmentAbility to lift heavy materials and equipmentMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn installation skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferredReliable attendance and strong work ethicWarehouse, construction, delivery, or garage door experience is a plus, but not requiredWilling to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and motivation to growMust be willing to travel throughout the NJ area to support different locations and job sites as neededWhy Join Precision Garage Door Service?At Precision Garage Door Service, we believe our employees are the foundation of our success.
