SBM Management Services
El Representante de Servicio al Cliente será responsable de la limpieza y sanitización de todas las áreas asignadas. Turnos y remuneración de lunes a viernes: de 10:00a.m. a 6:00p.m., $15.50‑$16.50 por hora. Calificaciones No se requiere educación específica, se prefieren 3-6 meses de formación o experiencia; o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia. Puede ser necesario tener una licencia de conducir válida. Completar todas las certificaciones de capacitación en seguridad y tareas. Puede ser necesario tener certificación de montacargas. Capacidad de leer e interpretar instrucciones, procedimientos, manuales y otros documentos Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Conocimiento de métodos y equipos de limpieza y dispuesto a compartir con el equipo. Conocimiento del mantenimiento y cuidado del equipo de limpieza. Conocimiento de compuestos y químicos de limpieza, y su uso seguro y eficiente. Realizar tareas de limpieza Realizar todas las tareas enumeradas en el horario diario Operar equipos de limpieza motorizados Mantener el mantenimiento diario del área asignada Informar a los incidentes y condiciones peligrosas al supervisor Cumpla con las normas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad Realizar asignaciones de trabajo en equipo con otros empleados Realizar tareas repetitivas Mantener un área de trabajo limpia Sigue todos los protocolos, procedimientos, políticas y reglas de la empresa Tomar direcciones y responder a la supervisión Habla con el líder, supervisor, compañeros de trabajo, gerentes y clientes de manera profesional Cubrir durante la escasez de personal Lider de turno de soporte en la finalización de elementos de lista de punch Usa el equipo de protección personal adecuado Presentar una apariencia y conducta profesional Entender el servicio al cliente y la satisfacción Entender los sistemas de informes y del medio ambiente #J-18808-Ljbffr SBM Management Services
