Highlights Location: Hackensack, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Part-time, Night shift What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation. Perform age and disease specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Develop a plan of care with strategies and interventions to attain expected outcomes. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar‑scanning technology. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Identify ethical issues in the practice setting and address them with the team. Adhere to HMH’s Organizational and Managerial competencies and standards of behavior. Requirements Education: Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire Experience: Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
