What You Will Do:

Develop and execute corporate growth strategies focused on acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion
Lead end-to-end M&A activities including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration
Conduct financial, market, and competitive analyses to support strategic decisions
Collaborate with executive leadership to define and achieve short- and long-term growth objectives
Build and manage a high-performing business development team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field with MBA preferred
12+ years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or M&A leadership
Demonstrated success managing complex transactions and post-merger integrations
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation capabilities
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
